Let the rain wash away all the pain of yesterday


Det finns inget dåligt väder, bara mesar.
There's no bad weather, just weak people. 

Fanns inte en chans att regnet skulle stoppa denna HIIT session. Jag skulle ju ändå svettas, så vad gör då lite extra vatten? Malin coachade mig igenom det som vanligt, GRYM workout.

Sanningen är att man inte ens märker regnet när man väl börjat, all fokus ligger på att få det gjort.

There was no way the rain was gonna stop me from doing this HIIT session.
I was already going to sweat, a little extra water, what of it? Malin coached me through it as always, awesome workout.

Truth is you don't even feel the rain once you get going, all focus is on getting it Done.

The session was built on 4 stations with 40 sec work and 10 sec rest between stations.
1. Rope swings
2. Kettlebell swings
3. Rope pull w. Weight + sprint
4. Step ups

Finished it off with some tabata plank, rehab and stretch.
